　　A reporter learned from the National Data Administration on December 30 that China will further accelerate the development of Digital China in 2026.

　　Deepening Data Application and Scenario Development:

　　Promoting comprehensive digital transformation of cities and fostering new business models in digital life consumption;

　　Building high-quality datasets for 16 key sectors, including healthcare, scientific research, and transportation, as well as emerging fields such as embodied intelligence and biomanufacturing, to empower the development of artificial intelligence;

　　Expanding the opening and sharing of public and enterprise data, and establishing a catalog of open application scenarios;

　　Advancing international cooperation in the data sector in a coordinated manner, accelerating the unlocking of data’s value as a production factor, and better supporting high-quality development.

　　Promoting the Deep Integration of Data Technology Innovation and Industrial Innovation:

　　Continuing to implement the “East Data, West Computing” project and accelerating the construction of a unified national computing power network;

　　Establishing a number of key laboratories and innovation platforms in the data sector, while strengthening academic discipline development and talent cultivation related to data elements;

　　Fostering digital industry clusters in stages, advancing the development of 10 national data element comprehensive pilot zones, and accelerating the formation of an open, shared, secure, and unified national data market.
